At Dress Hire, we want you to feel confident and glamorous in every rental, which is why we offer a seamless return process for unworn items and pre-paid shipping for all hire completions. Please ensure all security tags remain attached to be eligible for a store credit or size exchange.

Return Process

  Fit Guarantee Check

  Try on your dress immediately upon delivery without removing the security tags to ensure the fit and style meet your expectations.

• 2.
  Initiate a Return

  If the item doesn't fit, visit our online portal within 24 hours of delivery to request a 'Fit Guarantee' store credit or an urgent size swap.

• 3.
  Pack and Seal

  Place the unworn dress back into its original reusable packaging and attach the pre-paid return shipping label provided in your delivery.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand your package to your local post office or place it in a designated yellow express bin by 4:00 PM on your scheduled return date.
