Our standard hire periods are 4 or 8 days. We recommend selecting a start date 1-2 days before your event to ensure a perfect fit.

Does the dress need to be dry cleaned before I return it?

No, professional dry cleaning is included in your hire price. Simply place the worn item in the provided return bag and we will handle the rest.

What happens if I accidentally damage the dress?

We offer optional damage insurance for a small fee at checkout, which covers minor repairs and stains. Significant damage or loss will be charged at the full retail replacement value.

How do I return my rental?

Place your item in the pre-paid return satchel provided with your order and drop it off at any authorized postal outlet or collection point by 4 PM on your return date.

What if the dress doesn't fit me?

If the dress isn't quite right, simply lodge a return request within 24 hours of delivery. Once we receive the item back with tags attached, we will issue a store credit minus shipping costs.

When should I book my dress for a specific event?

We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure your favorite style is available for your date, though you can book up to 6 months ahead.
